The workers were here on time very professional. Keep me updated on everything that was going on. They transformed our patio from something that just looked plain to a fantastic looking patio. We are very pleased with the outcome of our patio.

We just had our back patio done yesterday. ICON was great to work with. It was a no pressure, helpful initial meeting for a quoted price. We set the date at that time. The install date didn’t change, and communication was great the week before. The crew came out - again communication was excellent- how long to be off of it, how to clean, the warranty, etc. They did a wonderful job and I absolutely love our patio! I would choose ICON again for any future projects!

Icon did a great job on our garage floor and sidewalk. They were very through and made sure to clean up as many of the chips along the sidewalk as possible. I highly recommend them.

We’re considering a garage floor covering to spruce up our garage. ICON’s representative Justin was first class. He walked up through the process and explained the different types of coatings. He also explained what it would do and what it couldn’t do. We felt like we were in great hands. He left with a deposit and we can’t wait until our date comes up.

Icon Team showed up promptly, were courteous and professional. I appreciated them checking with me if I had any questions at the beginning through the process and again at the end of the project. Highly recommended the young men who did the work.

Floor looks awesome, haven’t walked on it yet but looks good! The guys were nice, showed up on time, answered all my questions and WORKED! They were both very young and I never once saw them use their phone while they were here and that is something you seldom see now days. I will post again with pictures when I’m able to access my patio but for now I’m very pleased.

We love the look of the concrete resurfacing with new materials. The black border around the pool then gray/black for the remaining area looks awesome. We were particularly impressed with Devin, the "clean-up" guy. After the initial crew did the project, Devin came back two full days to finalize the installation. Devin and his helpers worked by hand to remove the boundary tape, clean up the job site, make the edges and borders absolutely pristine. Devin even worked for two hours to power-wash and scrub to remove a stain on our driveway left by the initial crew. While the stain did not come out, Devin advocated for us to receive compensation for that damage to our driveway. We cannot say enough about how great Devin was to complete the installation process.

The guys did a great job! Transformed the garage from just a garage to a living space! We are 100% pleased. I hope it holds up as good as it looks today!! I highly recommend!!

I had my garage floor coated and it looks fantastic! I'm extremely happy with the way it turned out! The floor developed a couple of large cracks (It's almost 30 years old) and I was afraid that it would just keep getting worse and I'd lose it! The crew arrived right around 9am this morning and was done by 3pm this afternoon. The guy's were great, all very friendly and personable! They went straight to work and asked me several times during the process if I had any questions, and made sure that they answered any question I had. There are numerous color choices of finishes to choose from and they are very accommodating with making sure the scheduling fits your needs.

I’m happy with the color. I was surprised how rough it is around the edges. The finish was not as smooth as I expected. The tech is coming back to investigate.

We used Icon Concrete coatings for our garage floor. It had several large cracks they repaired before the coating was applied. The floor looks like a brand new floor. I would highly recommend their product and service. Everything was done exactly as promised.

I love the way my basement floor turned out. Icon was easy to work with and pleasant workers were polite, my only suggestion is if your have a basement floor refinished make sure weather is warm so you can open windows ,the smell for a couple of days wasn't the best .All in all though they did a great job.

Icon arrived at our home at 7:30 AM. The job was to remove the top layer from our garage floor, and install a new floor. Our garage is a two car garage and the installation was completed by 12 o’clock noon. We are ecstatic with the new floor. We highly recommend Icon concrete coatings LLC.

ICON did an amazing job with my concrete coating on my garage. Taylor and his assistant was on time and never stopped from the time they arrived till they finished. Icon concrete did a great job on all our sidewalks and patios. they sent someone out who spent 2 hours going over how the coating would be applied and reviewed many color samples with us, They kept us well informed and came the day they said they would. They sent 6 men out to do the job and was able to complete it in one day. They cleaned up the construction mess and left no debris behind. Our patios look so much better!

Great experience dealing with ICON Concrete Coatings. We had the Polyaspartic finish coating applied on our garage floor. I am happy with the finished product and everyone from the front office, sales, installation crew, and Production Manager were all great to work with. Team arrived when they said they would, did what was agreed to, were personable, and they take pride in their work. This was a good experience all the way around and I recommend them for these reasons. I will do business with them again.

A very positive experience overall. Ian and Jordan showed up bright and early to begin coating a two-car garage floor. They explained the procedure and began to work. They were finished in three hours and left after explaining the after-care procedures.

My garage floor is 30 years old. The builder did not cut the concrete when the house/garage was built and naturally it cracked in 4 directions. I was embarrassed to leave the garage door open. ICON took care of the cracks and other imperfections then coated the floor. It Looks GREAT. The two young men took about 6 hours. They were professional, courteous and seemed to take pride in their work. I would recommend ICON.

Got an estimate which was very reasonable. I am very impressed with the product and the process to install the coating to my garage floor. I elected to move forward and have them complete the job in October.

Pleased with the results of the coated pool decking and pool house rooms. Coating was delayed 17 days after the initial grinding /sanding and then 3 more days for final resistance coating. Communication from Icon crew could have been better between the steps.

Rough experience, proceed with caution

I couldn't be happier with the polyurea floor coating Icon Concrete Coatings installed in our unfinished basement area. Mason and Dustin were professionals from start to finish. They paid attention to detail during the entire installation process, making sure every square foot was properly prepared and coated. Excellent communication and customer service from start to finish. Our sales rep explained the process very well, we were notified in advance of arrival to see if we had questions or concerns. The technicians arrived on time, again asked if we had questions, then commenced to work all day on our pool deck on a 94 degree day! Unfortunately, we had a surprise pop up thunderstorm that caused an issue with our finish, but ICON is on it and will make it right. The sales representative came over on May 31, to give me a quote for adding a polyaspartic coating to my three car garage floor. The sales rep., Collin, was very knowledgeable about their products and application methods. Collin measured the floor size and gave me a quote for applying the floor product. I have accepted his quote and the time line (July 3) for completion.

Collin was very friendly and knowledgable about the ICON products. We feel very confident we will enjoy our new patio coating.

Had my pole barn floor coated on December 13 and the service and outcome exceeded my already high expectations. The crew was on time, asked a couple of questions and got down to business. They were very thorough, worked efficiently, and cleaned up at the end of the day. Took about 6 hours from start to finish. The smell wasn’t nearly as strong as I expected and was pretty much gone after 72-96 hours. I do most work around my house myself but this service beats anything you can do out of a box store and is well worth the extra cost if you care about quality and warranty. I’d highly recommend to anyone!

I called Monday morning requesting a bid on our carport slab. A nice young man showed up that very afternoon. Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. So far we are impressed!

I cannot begin to tell you how satisfied I was with Icon. From top to bottom, they delivered exceptional service. A representative came out and quoted my garage and I was able to get me scheduled for a pretty speedy turnaround. On the day of installation, the service team was precisely three minutes early of their arrival time and were not only professional but amicable and pleasant for that time of day. They made short work of the installation, accomplishing it all inside half of a day. The results of their product are out of this world. If I come across anyone in the future in the market for recoating a concrete surface, I am going to be sure to encourage them to work with Icon. Now I am wanting to redo the walls so they look just as nice; go figure. ~JT

I had my basement coated and am pleased with the final result. However, the work was originally planned for one day beginning on a Tuesday. Work began on that day but was not completed that day ; the estimator did not forsee the inabillity to bring a heavy bulky tool into the basement. They returned that Friday and completed the work ; I was told I could walk on the floor the next day and bring objects onto the floor on Sunday. However on Saturday the floor was still tacky and remained so for several days. One of their reps came by on Monday and told me the delay was probably due to their use of acetone to thin the coating. It was not until Thursday ( 6 days after application ) that the floor was dry. I think when they completed the work they should have told me the dry time would be increased.

I received a request for a review from ICON almost as soon as the salesman left and I had the work scheduled. I did not want to leave the review until the work was complete. Yesterday they came out and put the coating in my garage and on my front porch. So my experience is as follows. The salesman that came out for the estimate was very nice and knowledgeable. The meeting went well and we decided on all the options, scheduled the appointment (I believe it was about 3 weeks out at the time), and paid a deposit. They day of the work they arrived on tike and worked on it almost all day. They were very nice and respectful and they were able to put some ribbon on my steps to the front porch so no one would try to walk up on it while it was wet. I ad to leave for work before they were finished so I didn't get to see the finished product on the day of the install. When I woke up the next morning I went out to inspect the work. The coating itself looked amazing and I am very happy with it. The only complaint I have is with the cleanup afterwards. I found the color flakes everywhere. They were stuck on the walls of my garage, in the utility sink in the garage, in the gravel driveway (which I don't really care about), all over my landscaping and walkway to the front porch, and somehow all over my patio under my deck. I found all this when I woke up today and right before I had to leave for work. I would have blown it all off with my blower but I didn't have time. It is supposed to rain tonight and through tomorrow with some storms. I am just hoping it doesn't get them stuck to my exposed aggregate patio or landscaping after they get wet. *Update: 2 days after posting review ICON called me to make this right and offered to send someone out right away to clean up their mess. I declined as it was raining and I had already cleaned some of it up the day before. Changed rating to 4 stars for the extra effort.

I am very pleased with my garage floor! I love the color and the whole new look!They were very clean in their clean up. Very friendly and took the time to answer any questions I may have had. The before and after is a remarkable transformation.

Have scheduled to have the garage floor coated! My sister has coated everywhere garage, patios sidewalks she is bragging so I am keeping up with the Joneses!!!LOL. Ian was my salesman and he knows his stuff!

Absolutely love our floors in our new location for our business. We had hired someone to do the job prior to contacting ICON and regret that very expensive decision. Icon went above and beyond on customer service and results as fast as possible. I already know who I'm calling 1st when ready for our other building to get done. The only complaint I hear from others is they think it's expensive. if you sit down and do the math ICON is not anymore expensive than other flooring options. it looks amazing, last for ever, you don't have to worry about water ruining your floor or worry about what cleaner to use on it, and did I mention how gorgeous they are.

We have signed up to have our garage floor resurfaced and I am very pleased with the review process provided by them. We agreed on the price and are awaiting the installation to take place after Memorial Day. If their actual installation is as good as the introduction to the product and sign up process, we will be very pleased .

ICON Concrete Coatings is the company who resurfaced our garage floor and Eric Fuchs was our salesman. Eric explained exactly what and how the job was going to be done and it looks amazing. The crew did such a great job. If it holds up as well as it looks, we’ll be completely satisfied. The difference in the before and after are like night and day!
